Here’s a chart showing body fat percentages and where you should be. If you’re not within your correct body fat percentage zone then you could be seriously affecting your health and it’s time to do something about it. The free body fat calculator tool will provide you with free accurate information to help you.
What we need to remember is that when we stand on the scales and weight ourselves, we need to take into account muscle in the body as well as water, so a body fat percentage is a more accurate way of determining a healthy weight, especially if you participate in exercise. Your ideal body fat percentage can be achieved with a healthy eating plan such as The Lunch Box Diet and incorporating exercise.
Here’s how your free body fat calculator works.
You simply enter your age, then your weight in kilos or pounds.
Then you enter your height plus your neck, hip and abdomen measurements for the basic reading. If you want to get more detailed, you can take skin fold measurements using calipers, but this is not essential. Then simply hit the calculate button to provide your reading. It’s recommended that you take your reading every four to six weeks.
