Simon’s Chilli Burgers For The Summer BBQ

Okay so it’s the bank holiday weekend and I’ve got about 20 friends coming over for a bit of a get together. As of yet, I don’t know if I’m going to drink, but I’ll see how it pans out, lol!  I’ve just made these burgers and thought I’d share them with everyone. If you know me well, you’ll know that I’m a massive fun of chilli, so I’ve just thrown these together. Let me know what you think.

Take a standard size slab (500g) of mince meat (lowest fat as you can find and most content beef as you can find) and add 1 egg, then mix with about twenty twists of a chilli grater thing (lol), or a few sprinkes of chilli flakes, chilli chutney, red onion, mustard, mixed herbs and black pepper. Get messy and mix together until you get a nice texture.

This should make about 6 to 8 small burgers. Serve with salad! Easy peasy. Have a lovely bank holiday weekend. I’m off to chat with my buddies and maybe, just maybe have a few magners and enjoy the sun! x

Let me know what you think below…
