Wow, what an amazing day down here in Exeter today. The sun has been shining and what a better day to get my lunch box out and make another super tasty recipe. So, you’re probably guessing what was in this little box of flavour. So here goes.
Mixed Salad Leaves, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, Feta, Sun Dried tomatoes. Tikka flavoured chicken breast slices, jalapeno chutney, herbs and black pepper. Oh yes, this box was bursting full of taste and it took me all of 30 seconds to throw together. I wasn’t being too active today, so I didn’t include the active carb, I had plenty of energy from the box. Remember, if you want to lose weight, don’t overkill on the carbs. Your body will tell you when you need them and remember, veggies contain carbs too!
