6 Lunch Box Ingredients To Transform Your Sex Drive

Improving your diet is one of the fastest ways to give your sex life a boost. When you start to eat properly your attitude changes and when your weight drops, you become more confident. When you become more confident, you’ll be happy to strip off, and I really don’t need to take it any further do I? Ha!

Now if that’s not a great reason to start a healthy weight loss diet then I don’t know what is. Now let’s take a look at exercise. If after starting your new diet you start to feel better about yourself, you’re more likely to start getting fit. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, feel good hormones that will steam you up even more. You’ll get toned, your tummy will get smaller and you’re more likely to want ‘octopus hands’ over you.

So, what’s the message here? – Start eating healthy and exercise and your sex life will get a boost. There are a few foods that you can add into your lunch box that will help with your sex life and I’ve listed them below. Now I’m not saying that if you eat one of these boxes you’ll act like a hypnotised sex minx throwing your knickers around the place (it’s mainly women reading this, so boxers for the boys!), but you will notice subtle changes over time.

The real key here is to take a look at how your current weight and diet is affecting your sex life and make some changes to make it better. Why should we deprive our partners or potential partners of what’s raring to get out, but being held back by a lack of self confidence. Just make some baby steps to revealing the true you and reclaim that identity that is nautral and maybe a little bit naughty! ;-)

  • Wild Salmon – Group B of the diet, any fish with essential fatty acids are great for making your nervous system get a boost and that’s going to translate to more play between the sheets.
  • Pomegranate – You can add fruit into your boxes and this ‘love apple’ is one of the best aprodisiacs.
  • Avocado – One of my personal favourites, it increases libido of both sexes, and for men it increases the production of male hormones via vitamin b6.
  • Garlic – Group C of the diet and this tasty gem will boost your circulation and increase the blood flow to your sexual organs.
  • Dark Chocolate – okay, okay, so it’s not a staple of The Lunch Box Diet, but hey I’m not too strict, have a bite of this every few days and you’ll get a release of endorphins!
