We see it on the news daily – life can be cut short for anybody. You just don’t know what’s around the corner. Now if you’re a regular reader of my blogs and emails you’ll know that I take target setting very
seriously when it comes to losing weight and in fact any area of your life. Why? Because it’s so powerful. Just having a to-do list can transform your productivity, but only if you implement it – I’ve been guilty in the past of not using one and I’m always trying to improve.
Today’s post is called ’101 Things To Do Before You Die’ because I want to give you some inspiration, not only to lose weight and feel good about yourself, but look outside the box a little bit in terms of what we can strive to achieve in life. I know that when I was depressed, tired and lacking in energy, my mind wasn’t focused on all the great things I could do with my time.
So I was thinking that this post will give you some ideas, spark your imagination and help you to come up with your own 101 Things To Do Before You Die. This is my honest list. I’m sure it will change as I
get more ideas and I’d really love for you to add your list (as few or as many of the 101) here to share with others, and also help me pick my 101. By doing that, you’ll inspire other people to do things, it’s that simple. I’m here writing this blog trying to touch people and help them, but you can do the same. It will take you maybe 30 mins to 2 hours to come up with your own list, but even if you share just 5
things on here, people reading it will get ideas and then hopefully take action. So please, please, share!
Now once you’ve made your list, it’s really important for you to put into action the steps that will make these things happen.
You’ll maybe notice things in my list that you feel are out of reach and yes, it may seem that way, but they’re all possible. I wouldn’t have written anything in this list that I didn’t actually think I could do and it may be harder for you to write things down that you feel are out of your reach, but that’s just a mindset thing. I would encourage you to write down your dreams in this list.
If financial matters are holding you back, just remember that you can always learn a new skill, develop yourself and earn more money. Everybody has ideas and it’s those ideas that turn into businesses which can bring you financial stability.
Stop the ‘I can’t do that’ and start thinking ‘i can do that’. I’m nobody special, I just came up with an idea and took action on it, learned skills and took more action. You can do the same, everybody has a passion and skills and it’s that passion and skills that could help others. What do you know that you could teach to someone else?
Of course, you may be someone that wants to make a very different list of things that don’t involve such financial funding. It doesn’t matter what the list comprises of, just as long as it’s things that you want to do and will make you happy. Then once you have this written down you will start to think about getting them done and this will make you happier overall, especially when you complete your next goal.
You may want to start right off the bat with a weight goal, short term and long term but then start going into things then that you’ll be able to do once you reach that weight, so maybe something involving being fit. Don’t just copy mine but feel free to steal some if they really spark your interest.
I’ll be marking off this post and updating everybody as they happen. Okay, so in no particular order, here’s my list of 101 Things To Do Before I Die. Again, please add your own ideas here and share this post to your friends and get them involved. Most of all, make sure you TAKE ACTION!
