My question for Trevor would be:
Do you only have to have treatment once or is it an ongoing thing??
i have depression, and have had it since i was 6 months preg with my last child she is nearly 1, for many years i have tried every diet out there… I find it so hard to stick to them, i dont remember the last time i had any selfestem or the drive to stick to anything.. I have a problem of wanting to see qiuck weight loss and if i dont see that i give up….
How do i get myself to think of the end result and stick to it, insted of the negative (‘i am not loosing enough weight and not quick enough)???
I would like to know if there is anything i can do to retain my motivation – I start with it hight but gradually it wanes…….
